Highlights from the non-vegetarian menu include Indian Accent’s exquisite lemon crab with byadgi chilli and dried shrimps, calcutta biryani, ghee lamb, sunchokes, and dal kachori. NAAR’s offerings include pahadi pork served with bakarkhani and cultured butter, askalu, sunder kala, Ladakhi sausages, and sinki broth.
