Kursiasana
Stretch your hands to the front palms bending downwards without bending your elbows, with your knees bending, and lower your pelvis like on an imaginary chair. Keep your spine firm.
Naukasana
Lie flat on your back and lift you’re both legs. Keep legs straight and raise your upper body to touch your legs with both hands. Maintain it for a minute and relax.
Bhujangasana
Lie on your stomach with flat toes and forehead on the ground. Slowly lift your head and chest, keeping your navel on the floor, putting your torso back with the help of your hands.
Sukhasana
Sit with your legs stretched out. Tug your left foot under your right thigh and keep your hands on your knees.
