RESERVATIONS
- Booking/purchase order must be submitted to the Manila Sales Office. Reservation shall not be binding until acceptance and confirmation has been received from The Farm at San Benito
- For special requests or arrangements (special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, food requirements or allergies, health/medical conditions), must be coordinated in advance prior to check-in
CHECK-IN/OUT OR PROGRAM SCHEDULES
- Guests availing of our Healing Retreats or Personalized Medical Programs are requested to arrive at The Farm no later than 12 NN for proper orientation. Rooms will be available for check-in at 2 PM. For guests arriving at The Farm after 5 PM, will be booked and charged on “Room Only Arrangement” on their first night and actual program will start the following day
- Early check-in and late check-out subject to actual room availability at the resort
- Extension of stay will be charged based on Published rate and must be settled upon check-out

All reservations are considered tentative and will ONLY be confirmed upon receipt of PRE-PAYMENT on or before the given OPTION DATE. The Farm reserves the right to release blockings if no deposit received. Please note that all bookings must be fully paid prior to guest’s arrival or check-in.
