How Women Entrepreneurs Are Reshaping The New World

Women entrepreneurship are investments in infrastructure and education, which predict a higher proportion of businesses started by women in India. As per a study, women are also better at introducing unique products and services to customers than men, i.e. 40% compared to 35%, ensuring that the bigger chunk of investor dollars is not confined by gender precedence.

Balance is the key to life, and that is the motto that most independent and successful women live by.

Being a woman is a full-time job in itself – a mother, a wife, a cook, a cleaner, a manager, a homemaker, and add to that an employee, if she happens to be a working woman. How can one person ace so many roles? By not questioning one’s own abilities and embracing failures. Being a successful homemaker is as important as being a successful employee. Women today are achieving a balance between these two, by simply realizing that they are capable of achieving such success.

Today, women are playing a large role in shaping the future business space, and this is only set to increase in the coming years. In our country, 45% of the start-ups are run by women, of which over 50,000 are recognised by the government. The country witnessed the most women-led start-ups turning into unicorns in 2021. A dozen of women-led startups like Mamaearth, BYJU’S, Zolo, Sugar Cosmetics, Mobikwik, Zivame, Bankbazaar, and more are leading the way and have established strong and entrepreneurial ventures. Women entrepreneurs and their increasing presence in India have significantly influenced the social and economic demographics of the country. More presence of women in the labour force has helped millions of families to pull out of poverty and has led to job creation.

As we foray further into 2022, the world will witness how women-centric businesses will steadily rise, more women will aim to be a part of women-led businesses, and women, currently under-presented, will come to the forefront.

Successful women entrepreneurs are inspiring women all around the world, encouraging them to fulfill their aspirations. It’s time that society adapts and paved the way for strong Indian businesswomen. Women around the globe acknowledge that even though it is tough, achieving a work-life balance isn’t impossible.

The first step in the direction is to visualize one’s goals and act towards them. Once she has made up her mind, it’s most likely that she won’t stop until she has achieved them. But a secret that almost every successful woman abides by, is expanding her horizons. Do not limit yourself. The sky truly is the limit. It’s just a matter of time till all of us understand that.
