Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai Gears Up for Reopening of its Outlets

Following the progressive ease of restrictions on F&B establishments in the city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is geared up to reopen the doors to its well-known rooftop bar – AER, and Pan-Asian fine dining restaurant San:Qi in the coming week.

Food enthusiasts and diners will now be able to enjoy gastronomic experiences, both classic and new, in the heart of Mumbai where they can rediscover award-winning Asian and International fare by the Hotel’s craftsmen.

“Restaurants and dining are an extension of our social and business circles. They are places for gatherings, celebrations, meetings, and sharing a good time with loved ones,” comments Ashwin Mathur – Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. “With the progressive ease of restrictions on the F&B scenario in the city, we at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai are excited to reopen the doors of our outlets – San:Qi and AER to our guests, guided by our enhanced global health and safety program – Lead With Care. With the reopening of the hotel F&B outlets, guests can now enjoy a wholesome staycation experience complete with in-house dining or enjoy simply reserve a dining experience for an evening about town. “Our guests can take comfort in the fact that adequate safeguards are in place and necessary enhancements such as contactless dining, digitized menus, appropriate physical distancing, individual portions of food, sanitizing stations are in effect for them to look forward to when dining out. In addition to adhering to the regulations set down by the local government and health authorities, diners can relax knowing that at Four Seasons their health and safety will always be our top priority with additional protocols implemented globally guided by Four Seasons’ Lead With Care,” adds Ashwin.

Both the popular Pan-Asian venue and rooftop lounge will continue to serve its array of modern dishes, all while working within the rules laid out by authorities.
