Maya Jah proposes a kitchen with exotic flavors, orchestrated by the authentic Indian Master Chef, Ravinder Negi, who sumptuously curates’ traditional recipes. The traditional tandoor plays a pivotal role in most of the prized preparations here, including prawn’s tandoor, suwa-sarson tandoori, dum subz biryani and semolina.  Alain Ducasse’s second offering, Ômer is another heady Mediterranean adventure. Perched at the garden of the hotel, the lazy relaxed vibe exudes itself beautifully at Omer as flavors from Greece, Turkey, Lebanon as well as Morocco and Tunisia with a tinge of Spain and Malta fuse deliciously in the menu. Set on the garden level of the new Rotunda wing of the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the restaurant is reminiscent of a boat. Made up of three alcoves and a stunning ‘Wine Circle’, it overlooks the hotel’s lush gardens, which themselves offer views of the Mediterranean. Here, the atmosphere is warm and casual, with a delightful taste of the good life.
