Chevron Lounge – Where Your Next Best Nightlife’s At

Started with a bang in November 2020, Chevron Lounge is a happening new hub by the Aravallis – a timely escapade from your stress and worries. An eclectic mix of chill yet lively and energetic, here’s why we’re swooning over this opening.

There’s only a few that recognize the harmony between modern and minimal. Located amidst lush greenery and sprawling spaces is an example of this perfect harmony – Chevron, a bar and lounge launched only recently with a fine taste for food, interiors and ambiance.

With both indoor and outdoor seating, Chevron has been designed by interior designer Shikha Sharma of Hive obsession – having brought to life a perfect mix of minimal design in a sprawling space. The prism themed walls, the black and white lined floor are not just sleek, but also pleasing to the eye. In fact, Chevron actually means design patterns with black and white lines. What’s special is every corner of the ground floor has a clear view of the center of the floor and the bar with the main attraction of the floor being the prism shaped DJ console. Truly something unique to NCR you’ll have to see for yourself to enjoy.

Chevron is Keshav Bhardwaj’s baby, and the DJ console is his pride. A musician himself, Keshav has put much thought into the bar’s consoles. “Being into music, I used the latest in music and technology to offer a never-before experience to our patrons. At Chevron, special attention is paid to the acoustics so that not only is the sound of music uniform everywhere, but there is no blaring or jarring of sound also. Special lighting technology has also been used, which can be easily changed as per the mood, time or even theme,” says 27-year-old Keshav.

Mindfully working by the pandemic’s guidelines, the well-lit restaurant is divided into three sections along with a separate VIP lounge for hosting private parties. The ground floor is carefully divided into lounge and dining areas along with a well-stocked bar and a well-equipped kitchen. Even the rest rooms offer state of the art fittings with a separate area for the specially-abled.

The lounge offers a fine mix of Italian, Oriental and Continental cuisine. It fits ideal for when you want to relax while enjoying an evening out with friends over drinks and snacks or even while hosting a family lunch.

Chevron’s menu has been designed by Chef Martin Rozario who has worked with multiple five-star hotels and several standalone restaurants. His extensive menu includes soups, starters and main courses such as chicken and tomato soup, Arabian sishtouk, cottage cheese peppernota, Mexican enchiladas, traditional Swiss chicken or vegetable stroganoff, Hungarian lamb or artichoke and mushroom goulash, New Zealand grilled lamb chop with red wine sauce and more. The bar offers an all-encompassing drinks menu with a fine selection of French wines, beers, cocktails, and mocktails. “The food at Chevron will satisfy your taste buds totally – be it a quick bite or a full-fledged meal,” says Martin. You must try the Italian Bruschetta, Grilled Goyza, and Raisukaree.

Moreover, look forward to thrilling events at the lounge – from bike races and music festivals to DJ nights and many more. It’s much more than just a restaurant!

Tasteful and classy; if you’re looking for something selective, less-crowded, and an overall good time, Chevron Lounge awaits the perfect ambiance for you.
