Fat Duck, London

Heston Blumenthal is considered one of the ‘founders of molecular gastronomy’ cooking. The Fat Duck in London is one of his most precious restaurants. The three Michelin star restaurant is based on Heston’s childhood memories. This is the world’s first restaurant to make use of liquid nitrogen as an integral ingredient. The restaurant is famous for dishes like snail porridge, bacon and egg rice cream and triple cooked chips.

 

Osteria Francescana, Italy

Owned by celebrity chef, Massimo Bottura, Osteria Francescana, a triple Michelin star restaurant was awarded the World’s Best Restaurant in 2016. Established in 1995, the restaurant is known for its deconstructed recipes like the Five Ages of Parmesan, The Crunchy Part of The Lasagne and Caesar Salad in Bloom. The recipes are light, perfectly balanced and the traditional recipes have a little tone of nostalgia.

 

El Celler de Can Roca, Spain

This is the perfect family restaurant that is run by three brothers – Chef Joan, Sommelier Josep and Pastry Chef Jordi. The restaurant serves excellent food and wine with exceptional service. The restaurant has redefined how family businesses are functioned. The perfect coordination between the brothers has led to the restaurant winning the No.1 Restaurant award in 2013 and 2015. The restaurant is famous for 14 savoury delicacies and desserts like Whisky à la pie.

 

Noma, Copenhagen

Run by Chef Rene Redzepi, this two Michelin star restaurant features only 12 tables but has a staff of more than 60 people. Food is an art and is presented with finesse. The restaurant uses locally produced products and yet serves delectable meals. According to the new dining culture, the restaurant offers three menus per year: Seafood runs from 9th January to 1st June, Vegetable Season runs 25th June through 21st September, and Game and Forest Season runs 15th October through 21st December.

 

Atera, USA

Alinea, Chicago

Owned and headed by Chef Grant Achatz since 2005, the restaurant has a reputation of creating spectacular dishes with emotion and nostalgia with combining classic flavours. Dishes like lobster with saffron curry and milk chocolate tart with painted sauces are the most famous dishes to try at the restaurant. The restaurant can seat four to six guests easily and offers more than 22 courses and interaction with guests is also preferred.
