Whether you’re a seasoned binge-watcher or simply looking for fresh recommendations, we have compiled a list of the hottest new OTT releases that deserve a spot on your watch list this weekend.

1. The Out-Laws

This film follows Owen Browning (Adam DeVine), a bank manager, who is excited when his fiancée Parker (Nina Dobrev) informs him that her parents have agreed to attend their wedding. When his bank is robbed at gunpoint by the infamous ‘Ghost Bandits’, he is inclined to suspect his in-laws who had just arrived in town with such unfortunate timing. This film also features Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin as the in-laws.

2. Blind

This crime-thriller film is about Gia (Sonam Kapoor), a blind police officer whose life comes to a halt when she becomes the sole witness to a crime, putting her in a dangerous position with a criminal. She must put a stop to the heinous crime being committed and uncover the truth in order to save the victims.

3. IB 71

Based on true events, this film follows the Indian intelligence services’ attempt to prevent a terrorist attack in 1971 when Pakistan and China were said to have joined forces to wage war on India. IB agent Dev Jammwal (Vidyut Jammwal) masterminds a hijacking operation to enforce an airspace blockade, successfully landing a plane carrying intelligence officers in the neighbouring country, Pakistan. With their cover blown, they must now try to block Pakistan’s agenda and protect themselves from danger in a race against the clock.

4. Adhura

This eerie film introduces us to Vedant, a 10-year-old boy who joins Nilgiri Valley boarding school, bringing along strange events with him. After several years, the batch of 2007 gathers for a reunion where an ex-student Adhiraj Jaisingh is faced with a buried secret from the past. The dark secret threatening everyone’s life on campus reveals itself and things take a turn for the worse when Adhiraj and Vedant’s paths collide.

5. Tarla

This Zee5 original film is based on the life of the legendary home chef, Tarla Dalal, who is played by Huma Qureshi. We see Tarla’s journey to success—after 12 years of marriage, she finally finds success in her cooking classes when she least expects it, becoming an inspiration to others.

6. The Horror of Dolores Roach

This TV series follows Dolores Roach (Justina Machado), who is released from prison after serving time for an unjust prison sentence of 16 years. An old friend of Dolores’ offers her a job as a masseuse but her newfound stability is threatened soon after being released, driving her to murderous extremes in order to survive. Watch the chaos unfold as she tries to cover her crime and avoid another prison sentence.
