Fujifilm launches a new entry-level mirrorless X T100 camera, targeted at newbies.
Fujifilm has launched its new X-T100 mirrorless camera in India, cheaply priced and feature-rich. Targeted at beginners, X-T100 is yet another camera from Fujifilm’s Xseries line-up, which features PDAF, couples with a 24.2MP sensor and a vintage Fujifilm look.
The X-T100 sports an APS-C sensor to produce life like brilliant images in high quality. It also comprises of 2360k-dot OLED electronic viewfinder and a 3” LCD display. The ISO ranges were improved from the previous models which now ranges from 200-12800 which can further be boosted up to 51200.
The camera holds 91 focus points which improves focusing speeds and will be helpful I motion shots for all amateur travellers. Also, the camera is able to shoot videos unto 4K UHD but only with 15fps, whereas the FHD video can go up to 60FPS. For connectivity the camera supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and micro USB. Then company boasts of a beastly battery which can go up to 430 shots per charge, which in our opinion is pretty impressive. The camera will be compatible with the Fujifilm’s line of lenses which ranges from focal lengths of 15mm-1200mm.
The camera has been launched at a start price of Rs. 47,999(for body only), it’s also available with kit lens set of Fujinon XC15-45mm F3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens, which will be priced at Rs. 54,999 while on the other hand the Fujinon XC15-45mm F3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens and XC50-230mm F4.5-6.7 OIS II lens version will cost around Rs. 70,990.
Fujifilm has been creating iconic looking, inter-changeable lens cameras, the idea behind this launch is to give customers the same design and performance of Fujifilm but at a reasonable price.
The X-T100 will reportedly be available in 3 colour variants: black, dark silver and champagne gold.
