What’s new on Shang Palace’s New Menu?

The Shang Palace at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi invites you to savour the signature dishes as it introduces a new Menu.

Bringing a 47-year old legacy, the 39th Shang Palace in the world and the most celebrated Chinese speciality restaurant at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi, Shang Palace presents an all-new menu.

The three speciality chefs at Shang Palace, Chef Ye Haijun, a dim sum culinary master, Chef Kong Fanyi, an expert of Chinese barbeque and Chef Fulei, a proficient wok chef, have put together an innovative culinary line-up of authentic delicacies to further elevate your dining experience.

Chef Ye Haijun’s dimsum selection includes unique flavours like Sizzling Water Chestnut and Mushroom XO Dumpling, Lamb Pot Sticker, Crusty Baked Barbecue Iberico Pork Bun, Steamed Chicken Wonton in Sichuan Chili Garlic Oil and more.

Chef Kong Fanyi’s barbeque kitchen offer signature dishes like Crispy Roasted Duck with Beluga Caviar, Honey Glazed Barbeque Iberico Pork, Beijing Roast Duck and Shang Palace Roasted Pipa Chicken.

Chef Fulei’s star wok creations include Stir Fried Tenderloin with Ceps Mushroom and Black Pepper, Stir Fried Mixed Mushrooms, Bamboo Shoot and Mustard Greens, Lamb in Sichuan Chilli Broth, Signature Sizzling Lobster Mapo Tofu and much more.

Relish an authentic dining experience with Sichuan, Cantonese, and the mystical cuisine of Yunnan in the inviting and expansive interiors of Shang Palace. The restaurant offers three private dining rooms and a beautiful alfresco area. The Restaurant operating hours are 12:30 pm – 2:45 pm for lunch and 7:00 pm – 11:45 pm for dinner. The food is made with the freshest locally available ingredients and authentic ingredients sourced from China, and then presented in a sophisticated and contemporary style.
