Masque is celebrating its 8th birthday with a month-long series of events and a new menu by Chef Varun Totlani. The month wraps up with a special eight-dessert collaboration between pastry chefs Vinesh Johny and Varun Totlani on September 27th. Chef Totlani’s new menu explores Indian micro-cuisines, home rituals, and tribal wisdom. Expect bold flavours and innovative uses of seasonal ingredients throughout the 10-course tasting menu.

Victorinox unveiled its Airox Advanced Luggage Collection in a stylish event at The Palladium, featuring Bollywood star Tahir Raj Bhasin on the runway. The collection, known for its sleek design and matte finish in Black, Storm, and Stone White, was showcased in a unique fashion show using escalators as runways. Designed for modern travellers, the lightweight suitcases offer functionality, with features like a dual-telescopic handle system, Butterfly Opening System, antimicrobial lining, and expandable space. 11. Art and Cuisine Come Together at Raffles Hotel Le Royal
Restaurant Le Royal at Raffles Hotel Le Royal is hosting a special collaboration featuring the work of Khmer painter Chhim Sothy, whose paintings graced the exhibitions across Cambodia, South Eastern Asia, Paris and the U.S. exhibition will run for three months and showcase Sothy’s distinctive blend of traditional Cambodian themes and modern European techniques. To complement the exhibition, the restaurant has launched a new modern Khmer menu featuring dishes inspired by local flavours. The collaboration with The Gallerist Art Gallery highlights the connection between art and cuisine and offers visitors a unique cultural experience.
12. Method celebrates 5 years with the “Portrait of a Time” art show
Method celebrates its 5th anniversary with “Portrait of a Time,” a showcase of 40 artists Method has collaborated with in the past and will work with in the future. Each artist was tasked with creating a piece inspired by the word “Portrait,” resulting in diverse and unique interpretations. Inspired by the dimensions of the Mona Lisa, the show merges nostalgia with fresh perspectives. Launched by Sahil Arora in 2019, Method was born from the desire to create a space for urban and alternative art. The exhibition runs from August 30th to September 29th at Method, Kalaghoda and Bandra.
