This necklace was created by jeweler Mouawad and consists of one of the world’s largest diamonds. The diamond is internally flawless and was discovered in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1980,s in a pile of mining rubble. The diamond is 52 carat and is attached to a rose gold chain which is made of 230 carats of smaller diamonds. The jewelry company took 4 years to polish and make this necklace and is a 637 carat diamond necklace in all its totality and is valued at $55 million.
Peacock Brooch by Graff Diamonds
This brooch goes for a whooping $100 million! This brooch was made by Graff Diamonds. It was unveiled at Maastrickt’s TEFAF fair. The brooch has 1,305 diamonds and measures just over 10 centimeters tail. The center of the diamond is pear-shaped fancy deep blue diamond which weighs 20.02 carats on its own. The colors of the brooch are white, yellow, pink, orange and green diamonds.
The Bulgari two stoned ring
The two-stoned ring by Bulgari was created in the year 1972. The ring is a part of the original Bulgari collection. The ring has two triangular diamonds; one is a vivid blue that weighs 10.95 carats while the other is 9.87 carats colorless diamond. The flawlessness of the ring has been appreciated and authenticated by the Gemological Institute of America. The ring was sold at an auction for $15.7 million. Later was sold at Christie’s in New York in 2010 after a three-way bidding battle.
Wallis Simpson’s Panther Bracelet
This bracelet was made in Paris by Cartier in the year 1952. The bracelet is an onyx and diamond bracelet which was sold at an auction for $12.4 million. Although the panther bracelet, which gets its name due to the bracelet being uniquely shaped like a panther, was bought by an anonymous buyer through Sotheby’s Auction, it has been rumored that Madonna was the one who bought the $12.4 million necklace.
