- Tell us about yourself, what inspired you to continue the 25-year old legacy of 24K- Kolte Patil Developers Limited.
24k has become the epitome for aspirational luxury in the real estate sector. Carrying forward this rich legacy excites me and also adds a sense of responsibility. Above all, the constant quest for excellence is what really inspired me to take this luxury baton forward.
- Tell us about 24k- Kolte Patil Developers Limited?
We have a vibrant legacy of 25 years that has translated into over 15 million sq. ft. of contemporary design spaces, worthy of 30 prestigious awards. - What exactly is the Golden Ratio and how has it been incorporated in your designs?
The Golden Ratio popularised by the legendary architect Le Corbusier is reflected in the Golden Spiral. This is a unique design guideline that we at Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. have adapted in all our 24K projects. The 24 principles of our design thinking process are divided into 7 categories, each working on a different level to provide the extraordinary 24K experience which takes your lifestyle notches above any other.
- There are different segments to it like the 24k Opula, 24k Atria. How exactly do they differ?
Both 24k Opula and 24k Atria offer the lavish lifestyle that you can expect from a 24k home. The difference is that 24k Atria is a 4 BHK offering with a carpet area of 2700-2800 sft and grants you more exclusivity and privacy with only two apartments on each floor. As a result, it has only 43 units with 2 towers, whereas 24k Opula is a 3 & 4 RLK project with Duplexes as well and carpet areas ranging from 1500 -3500 sft. These apartments with designer sun decks offer a more personalized experience.
- Why do you think 24k would appeal to the people?

We try to break away from the usual design and craft a distinctive mark for ourselves. 24K Stargaze is one project that I am looking forward to as it is very well planned with thoughtful and never seen before views for our clients. Also, all 24k projects offer unparalleled and exemplary craftsmanship on all fronts from design to amenities which are a cut above the rest.
Keeping in mind the current trend of compact luxury, we are working on a new concept which will provide smaller yet luxurious homes in city centric locations.
