Thirsty City 127

Thirsty was established in 2017 and features fresh Central European lagers, the brewing of which is done in-house. You can also have a tour of the brewery with Master Brewer Alex Barlow or Head Brewer Krutika Khanvinkar, who will walk you through the process and give you pointers on flavor profiles, reading a beer and recognizing it. Apart from being a microbrewery, it’s also a concept bar with a splendid craft cocktail menu. The venue hosts art shows, workshops, screenings and food pop-ups as well.

Independence Brewing Company Taproom

One of Pune’s finest microbreweries arrived in Mumbai in October 2016. Devoted solely to serving craft beer, you have the option of ordering the beer flight to taste them all. The food menu consists mainly of appetizers, shared plates, and pizza. The also give a stage to live jams, standup comedy, workshops and screenings.

Gateway Taproom

While the microbrewery was established on the outskirts of Mumbai in 2011, the Gateway Taproom, opened in mid-2017. The focus is on beer and bites both. The menu, put together by chef Viraf Patel of Cafe Zoe, and compliments the beers available there. The beer batter fried dishes are mostly laced with Gateway’s own White Zen, one of the most consumed craft beers in Mumbai.

With a bar menu that has 9 pages dedicated to beer, The Beer Cafe stays true to its name. From bottled to draught beers, along with unique creations from Gateway Brewing Company, you get an extensive choice.

Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden

Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden, with classic British food and Frnch decor, has different types of beers for every taste. A unique item on the menu is the beer shakes, which feature ice cream and is perfect for anyone who likes the flavor of beer but find the brews to be too bitter.

With options of both indoor and outdoor seating, this brewery boasts of interactive beer stations, a live grill, and a league table. Try out beers made out of buckwheat – TJ’s Buck B, and quinoa – TJ’s Quin B. You could also try out all options with a taster platter.

Effingut Brewerkz

They boast of an amazing variety of craft beers, including Mango Chili Cider with its summery Mango-berry flavor, the sweet Apple Cider, Caramel Ale or Honey Head. They also have Ginger Ale, English Bitter, Hefeweizen and IPA, along with a variety of food options.

Prankster

Prankster is one of the most celebrated and popular microbreweries in Gurugram. It is considered to be one of India’s first microbreweries that incorporates a college theme that attracts the youth and gives them a nostalgic vibe while you’re there. It is surprisingly divided into eight sections- canteen, classroom, amphitheatre, parking lot, meeting place, library, lab and dormitory. This brewery offers a wide range of hand crafted beer with Apple beer being one of it’s highlights.

After Stories

After stories situated in sector 29, Gurugram away from the noisy hustle-bustle of the market is one of the best breweries in Gurugram. It offers freshly brewed beers with Milk stout, Belgium wit beer and Peach ginger melomel being some of the beers currently being served there. Drought beer one of the must haves at After stories and the place offers a great ambience for party lovers.

Takamaka

Takamaka is situated on the golf course road, Gurugram, it is a place worth recommending with a cruise theme that allows you to transport yourself to a cruise with decks, wooden floors, iron nails, and groovy music. Arbor Brewing Company

ABC has unique blends and flavors, such as the ‘Smooth Criminal’, a smooth honey lavender blend, ‘Phat Abbot’ for the connoisseurs of Belgian beer and ‘No Parking Pilsner’ for the ones who love German beers. ‘Holiday Stout’, ‘Irish Stout’ and ‘Raging Elephant’ are from the tap.

3 Monkeys Brewpub

They have a selection of craft beers from all over the world, including  Belgium, Germany, India, Mexico, America, Britain, Canada and Scotland. Their Mango Cider is perfect for the summer. The Chef’s recommendations include Crispy California Chicken and Chef Special Tandoori Chicken.

The Whitefield Arms Pub

The Whitefield Arms Pub, with its well-curated aesthetic of a chic Brit pub, serves freshly brewed beer and its own signature cocktails. Their Sunday brunch offer includes unlimited craft beer, food, cocktails and sangria from 1 PM to 4 PM, the promise of a definite binge.
