According to Sony, the newly launched Sony Cyber-shot RX100 VII has a A9-level speed performance with real time tracking just like the A9. The Cyber Shot can shoot up to 60 AF/AE calculations per second and 20fps burst shooting with AF/AE tracking. It gets a 180-degree flip screen and also comes with a 3.5mm jack for an external microphone. The Tokyo based electronics major has also developed an all-new 1-inch 20.1 megapixel CMOS sensor with 24-200mm zoom lens with an aperture range of f / 2.8 – 4.5.
The compact camera can fit in any hand-bag and even any pocket. For avid users, the size should not be a matter of concern as this compact camera is capable of delivering results what a basic DSLR would yield.
For video mode, the RX100 Mark VII has a pro setting that includes a 4K HDR (HLG), Real-time Tracking and Real-time Eye AF for movie shooting. It also supports a 4K Active SteadyShot, Vertical-position data recording for movies and integrated microphone jack.
The starting price of this flagship point-and-shoot camera is Rs 96,990.
