An inclusive, 100% eco-friendly and Swadeshi fashion brand, Madam Marigold embosses the true culture with a contemporary touch.
Launched by Nida Mahmood, Madam Marigold is a 100% Swadeshi, eco-friendly brand inspired by the Marigold flowers and focused heavily on the use of natural fabrics and printing techniques.
The two main techniques being implemented at Madam Marigold are the Ajrak painting from Gujarat and Sun Printing – a 160 years old analog photography technique where prints are exposed on textiles and paper. It is an extremely tedious and time-consuming technique that requires a lot of attention and care.
A capsule of artistic design inspiration, Madam Marigold by Nida Mahmood also recognized the spirit of real women. Nida Mahmood, the mind behind the unique label also hosted a fashion preview with women of a wide age group; showcasing the versatility of the brand.
The collection brings in the Indian simplicity back in the limelight by reviving the age-old craftsmanship. The collection comprises of tunics, pants, sarees, jackets, overlays, and dresses.
