Batman #1, CGC 9.2 – $567,625.00

Bruce Wayne’s parents murder covered in this classic comic and the first appearance of both Joker and Catwoman, becoming one of the few comics sold to crack the $500,000 line. In 2013, the book was sold for over $567,000 at an auction.

 

 

 

 

Action Comics #1 Sells for $3.2 Million

The first Superman comic sold for 10 pennies. This one began at 99 pennies on eBay and shot to the stratosphere quicker than a speeding slug. The winning bid was for $3,207,852 in August 2014.

This book features the debut of Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster’s historic superman, that would surely add to the top out of the top 10 list. There are evaluated to just be 50 to 100 copies still in presence.

 

 

 

 

Amazing Fantasy #15 Sold for $1.1 Million

Featuring the first appearance of spider man and Peter Parker who got bitten by a radioactive bug was the catch of the comic book. How his Uncle Ben was killed by a thief that Peter didn’t stop when he

had a shot. A “close mint” condition duplicate sold for $1.1 million out of 2011.

 

 

 

 

X – Men #1, CGC 9.8 – $492,937.50

Some of the strangest superheroes were debuted like Professor X, Marvel girl, Beast, Angel, Iceman, Magneto and acted as the highlights of the comic book. The X- Men era was started after this issue and this book sold for $492,937.50 in 2012.

 

 

 

 

Incredible Hulk #1 CGC9.2 – $326,000

The most amazing collectible comic book as of late has been the main appearance of our favorite green guy, Incredible Hulk in this 1962 comic book by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. This jump in cost for the comic (the $326,000 duplicate sold for not as much as a large portion of that five years sooner) has prompted a huge number of different copies of this comic going into market with costs ascending for duplicates in a wide range of conditions.
