Mercedes Benz launches V Class Elite, priced at Rs 1.10 cr

The face lifted V Class gets new features and updated fascia

 

Mercedes Benz has launched the highly awaited V-Class Elite in India carrying a price tag of Rs. 1.10 crore (All India). On the front the new top-end trim receives and upgraded fascia featuring a diamond grille with an updated bumper. The interior of the model comes equipped with a larger touchscreen infotainment system, Tartufo Nappa leather upholstery, turbine-style air-vents that replace the conventional horizontal slat units.

Powering the Mercedes V-Class Elite trim is a BS-VI compliant 2.0-litre diesel engine. This motor is tuned to produce 160bhp and 380Nm of torque that is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Speed of 0-100 kmph are attained in 11 seconds.

Other features include fully massage seats and climate control, the centre console comes with a refrigerated compartment, a Burmester surround sound system, panoramic sunroof, 17-inch alloy wheels, ambient lighting and electric sliding doors. Safety features of the model include six airbags, attention assist and 360-degree camera with Active Park Assist.
