Padma Lakshmi is a top model, a cookbook author extraordinaire and has now recently designed a capsule collection with M·A·C. Here’s everything you need to know about this fabulous collaboration.

Beauty, brains, glamour and the fierceness to handle the world’s spiciest foods – Padma Lakshmi’s talents have taken her from actress to cookbook author extraordinaire, top model to host of Top Chef…and now, to the designer of a M·A·C capsule collection! Lakshmi introduces curated eyeshadow palettes and individual color for eyes, lips, and cheeks, designed to take you from day to deep night – and last through all the culinary adventures in between.

Our favorites from the list are the Sunset Rose lipstick which is a creamy brown with pearl crème sheen, and the Nude Fudge lipstick with a mid-tone neutral (matte), both available for INR 1,500. The online exclusive Cremesheen Glass Nefertiti is available in a peachy gold with sparkle for just INR 1,500. The eyeshadow collection here is to die for. The mid-tone cool beige (matte) and cool light green with white frost with the coppery purple with gold sparkle and the mid-tone plum with gold shades are from the Eye Shadow X 4 in 70’S Sunset. Also the Eye Shadow X 4 inDesert Dusk in the Indian Moon tone has a creamy gold hue with sparkle; the Shell Peach has a muted peachy pink hue with a satin feel, while the Hopper Blue has shades of sky blue with white sparkle and the Natural Brown has a deep creamy brown in the matte finish. There is also the dual-ended Powerpoint Eye Pencil, and the Powder Blush (Duo), and a range of brushes that are all a class apart.
