The craft spirits industry in India continues to grow with new and bold innovations. The latest addition to the bevvy of Indian gins, introducing Sector by Living Root Distilling Company. Created to be not only unique but also an integral part of one’s journey, it includes the finest botanicals making Sector a premium spirit with a luxuriously smooth taste.
The production technique is what makes ‘Sector’ so unique.
Living Root distills the base gin and the citrus distillate separately and then blends them together to create a gin that is perfectly balanced – being a London dry gin, along with the predominance of Juniper Berries from Italy which adds to the aroma along with coriander. Sector obtains its bright citrusy note from a mix of Valencia Oranges and Grapefruit from Turkey and a soft mouthfeel from turmeric and Orris. The Cubeb Berries, Cochin Ginger, and Lemon Balm give a well-rounded finish. With its distinctive botanical profile from around the world, Sector gin is a voyage on its own.
Bharat Bhagnani, Founder, Sector Gin, says, “Sector isn’t here to sell a story about how this bottle will change your life. It is simply a bottle of great gin that wants to be part of your life, the voyage you’re currently on. Sector will be a gin that stays with you through all the madness and the mundane. This is our first offering under Living Root Distilling Company and we have ambitious plans to scale and create an exciting product line in the alco-bev space in time to come.”
Bharat wanted to craft a Gin with a classic yet distinctive taste that everyone could enjoy. Sector makes for a well-balanced gin that goes well as a simple G&T, or with just about any cocktail you can think of. Whatever may be the occasion, wherever the destination may be, Sector is here to accompany you on your voyage.
