Colombian cuisine is diverse, versatile, rich and a compound of culinary traditions influenced by Indigenous, Spanish, and Arab cuisines. Learn the techniques of cooking authentic and delicious Colombian dishes from renowned chef Pablo Naranjo Agular as he demonstrates gluten-free appetizers like Patacon Pisao and Empanadas. As part of the main course Chef Pablo will be teaching healthy and fresh Avocado Cevichee and Shrimp Ceviche while the third course involves divine desserts like Tres Leches (three milks cake) and coffee mousse.
Chef Pablo Naranjo Agular, after his stints at a Michelin-star restaurant like Guy Savoy, the half-Colombian-half-Hungarian chef moved from Paris to India to set up his own cafe.
