Meanwhile, Café Prato selections on the menu includes specials like the Bombay toastie, and continental favourites like the Four Seasons club sandwich, Wild mushroom risotto and Norwegian salmon with grilled artichoke and celeriac mash. The menu also includes a larger variety of local delights from Café Prato’s ‘Streets of Mumbai’ menu like Ragda pattice, Pav bhaji, Kathi roll, and Misal pav, and a host of new additions to the extensive menu that includes signature specialties from San:Qi ranging from Indian to Chinese, and Japanese to Thai.

Guests can complement their meal with pastries, cakes (1kg and ½ kg) and artisanal breads by pastry chef – Dinesh Pai and his team.

Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has also newly introduced an array of dips, sauces and condiments that serve as an ideal accompaniment for pastas, sandwiches, breads, and sweet boxes with Indian treats for special occasions.

Lead With Care At Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, the health and safety of our guests and employees continues to be our top priority. To this effect, our (Four Seasons’) recently announced Lead With Care program introduces full-scale enhancements to our already stringent health and safety procedures, reviewed by a cross-functional global response team, and validated by Johns Hopkins Medicine International, a global leader in health care and research.

Within the new COVID-19 environment, the program outlines enhanced procedures, tools, and comprehensive employee training to keep our guests and employees safe. In line with this, we have heightened our precautionary measures around food handling, sanitization & increased disinfection of all surfaces with EPA approved products, daily temperature checks of guests, vendors & employees. We have appointed a Hygiene Officer focused on implementing enhancements to procedures. Adjusted services include social distancing measures embedded in all services, all employees required to wear personal protection gear, sanitizers placed across the hotel, high touch public areas cleaned hourly, and more.
