Jaipur Watch Company opens its First Retail Store

India’s only luxury watch brand launches its first retail store as it displays a horological work of art in Delhi.

Jaipur Watch Company, India’s luxury watch brand that capsulate traditional craftsmanship and unusual watches to the spotlight, has finally brought its work of art in its first retail store at SELECT CityWalk, Delhi. It’s located within Anyque – The Gifting Co, which also hosts Spanish decorative luxury brand Lladró and a few others.

The store-in-store offers enthusiasts and aficionados a peek into the glittering world of Jaipur Watch Company’s bespoke collections.

A WALK-IN LUXURY

The design team at Jaipur Watch Company has finessed the store with vintage-esque trunks made to order and holds within its red suede-quilted interiors a host of the brand’s watches. Besides the pristine interiors that in itself exude luxury, the brand’s philosophy and history runs on a film at the trunk’s door that’s mobile and informative.  A leather table and chair are the other furniture pieces placed in the store.

A SURFEIT OF TIMEPIECES

The brand’s finest of collections shine here– both bespoke and pret pieces. Amidst those, four new watches have been introduced out of which a limited edition watch with King George VI postal stamps in three paisa denominations is included. The King is the watchmaker’s subject of interest in coins; the first Jaipur Watch Company watch had a Rs. 1 King George coin at the core of its design.

Among other unique pieces, a jewel watch using the Guilloche hand engraving technique has also been announced.

Gaurav Mehta, founder of JWC says, “The retail outpost is an important step for Jaipur Watch Company in our bid to become more accessible to our customers, particularly with our bespoke range of gold watches. Clients will be able to experience the finishing and watchmaking capabilities of the brand at the store and even buy both our pret and our bespoke collections.”

The watch brand creates unique, classic watches that resonate with Indians because of the stories of culture, traditions, history, and spirituality told through the mere dial.
