Be a part of this celebration extraordinaire on the Christmas eve i.e. 24th December 2018 while we entice your taste buds with an exquisite Christmas eve dinner buffet at 1911 Restaurant( all day dining restaurant) from 6:30 pm to 11:45pm.
Priced at INR 6000 + taxes per person and kids buffet will be at INR 3000 + taxes per child. Dinner Buffet Timings: 6:30pm- 11:45pm
1911 Restaurant will feature a lavish Christmas Brunch on 25th December 2018 at INR 4800+ taxes per person. Making sure that you drench yourself in the melody of Christmas carols, wafting through the air while you gorge on traditional feast with a selection including Roasted Lamb, traditional roasted turkey along with global cuisine like beer chicken, lemon couscous, grilled artichokes, Ricotta and spinach fillo packs, spiced tomato chutney, Smoked salmon and many more tempting offerings. An indulgent array of desserts like Spiced apple mousse, Traditional plum cake and Plum pudding with brandy anglaise put together with classic wines, make sure you celebrate the occasion delectably.
The festive brunch is where your little ones can also enjoy their favorite Mini Danish or Hakka noodles in the kids buffet priced at INR 2400 + taxes per child. Timings: 12pm- 3:30pm

The year passes by into the realms of fond memories giving way to surprises and new promises for a bright year ahead. Travel through the epicurean legends of Italy, India and South-East Asia at each of our restaurants for a gala New Year’s Eve dinner on 31st December 2018. Heighten the excitement and experience pleasurable dining, truly The Imperial way. 1911 restaurant offers a sumptuous New Year Eve dinner buffet with a selection of fine delicacies like Seared yellow fin tuna nicoise with quail eggs, Tenderloin picattas amongst other succulent delights at INR 5500 + taxes per person.

San Gimignano will present delectable Tuscan Italian fare to choose from on New Year ’s Eve, featuring Zuppa Di pesce-traditional soup with prawns, lean fish, squid, scallops, clams and mussels, Brasato Spigola cilena arrosita su una passata di zucca gialla e piccolo verdure al timo –pan braised Chilean sea bass with pumpkin puree and thyme flavoured vegetables amongst others at INR 7000 + taxes per person.
Dinner Timings: 7pm- 11:45pm.
The Spice Route will embrace epicureans with South East Asian delights for New Year by Chef Veena Arora with specialties like Kung yang- charcoal grilled prawns served with creamy sauce flavoured with sri-rasha Krathong thong-brunoise of assorted vegetables served in golden cups Phanaeng Kung yai-grilled jumbo prawns served with Phanaeng sauce and crushed peanuts at INR 7500 + taxes per person.

Daniell’s Tavern – Our Pan Indian restaurant, offers an exclusive year end celebration with the taste of ancient India with Gucchi Mussallam— stuffed morel mushrooms with dry nuts and condensed milk paste. Nalli Nazakat – over night braised lamb shanks in spiced velvety gravy Panchmel Halwa – Assortment of Indian halwa’s garnished with 24K gold leaf at INR 6500 + taxes per person.
