The restaurant proposes a diverse range of menus and a fine selection of gourmet dishes à la carte. The wine list includes Georges Vigouroux wines, including other French wines.  The Chef Julien Poisot is a one star in the Michelin guide 2017. His food is inspired by world-famous gastronomy of the Quercy region based on saffron, duck, lamb and black truffles. Brasserie Le Bistrot which also pertains to Château de Mercuès is an elegant setting for lunch. With its terrace overlooking the Lot River and original dishes served by the direct market produce, making it ten grand scrumptious.
