One can always consume green tea in your diet along with a healthy pattern of eating including sleep and proper exercise. Keeping in mind the tea and maintaining moderation.

So here are varied types of green teas to help you keep fit and energetic.

 

Darjeeling Green Leaf ENERGY Tea
