INGREDIENTS
- Absolut Grapefruit 45ml
- Grapefruit juice 45ml
- Lime Jjuice Soda Water 10ml
- Grapefruit wedge for garnish
HOW TO MIX
Pour all ingredients except the soda into a shaker. Add ice cubes. Shake and pour into a highball (salted rim optional). Top up with Soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
ABSOLUT LIME MULE
INGREDIENTS
- Absolut Lime 45ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Ginger Beer
- Wedges Lime 2
- Ice Cubes
HOW TO MIX
Fill a mule mug with ice cubes. Add Absolut Lime and lime juice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with two lime wedges.
ROMEO’S PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- Jameson Irish Whiskey 1 Bottle
- Lemon Juice 300 ml
- Lillet Rouge 100 ml
- Peychaud’s Bitters 20 Dashes
- Pomegranate Juice 500 ml
- Strawberry Syrup 300 ml
HOW TO MIX
Add all ingredients to a bowl with ice and stir well. Serve in a rocks glass. To make a strawberry syrup: Add 250g sugar, 250ml water, 100g strawberries (fresh or frozen both work) to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes. Allow to cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
