Renowned for its spicy curries, the arid climate of this state allows for the growth of domestic Indian spices which are used generously, along with lentils, pulses, legumes, milk products and even milk, to produce delicious dishes.

Our guests will explore the robust essence of this historic state of the Rajputs and the Marwars for the next twelve days starting 20th February 2019 till 03rd March 2019 with a wide array of Rajasthani delicacies that are strikingly evocative of Rajasthani culture at The Great Kabab Factory.
Enjoy rustic delights from the heartland of Rajput warriors, from the fiery ‘Lal Maas’ to the fragrant ‘Junglee Ghost’and‘Degi Mirch Jhinga’ , guests will leave wanting more. Vegetarians have a variety to choose from as well – delicacies like ‘Gutta Curry’, ‘Jodhpuri Aloo’, ‘Chaamp Ki Biryani’ to more exotic dishes like ‘Jodhpuri mutton Biriyani’ and ‘Rajasthani Chicken Pulao’. Of course, desserts cannot be far behind – indulge in warm Ghewar, Gujjia, Mawa Kachori & Ankoorit Moong Dal ka Halwa and more. The Great Kabab Factory is an Indian specialty restaurant offering a unique dining experience. Using recipes combining the ancient with the contemporary, TGKF brings delectable kababs from all over the Indian subcontinent. At The Great Kabab Factory, one can experience mouth-watering kababs prepared in seven different styles, roasted on the tandoor or on a singhri, shallow-fried in a tawa or a mahi tawa, deep-fried in a kadhai, steamed in pots or even grilled on a stone.
Way back in the 14th century, the Mongols invaded Hindukush* – the land of milk, honey and other rich treasures. Kabab was then, just meat sprinkled with salt, barbequed and gobbled. Soon, it caught the fancy of the Indian chefs. And they perfected it to a sublime art. The kind which you can savour at The Great Kabab Factory. Roasted on the tandoor or on a sighri, shallow-fried in a mahi tawa, deep-fried in a kadhai, steamed in post, even grilled on stone.
