I’m thrilled to have the opportunity in the city where I was born and grew up in. Who I became a chef is because of my dual heritage. It’s like coming home for me, and we are excited to bring our signature dishes of the finest crabs and prawns to offer a unique dining experience in Tokyo.” Open for evening dining only, the pop-up Ministry of Crab will be housed in Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo, The Pavilion on Level 27, which will be transformed with furnishings and a convivial communal dining setting inspired by the Ministry of Crab’s iconic restaurant in Colombo.
