One of the world’s leading single malt whiskies, The Macallan collaborates with the most sought-after restaurant and bar in Delhi-NCR, Whisky Samba, to curate their first limited edition pairing menu for whisky enthusiasts in the capital.
The Macallan, one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies proudly announces its collaboration with Delhi NCR’s famed restaurant and bar, Whisky Samba through an impeccably curated 5-course limited-edition pairing menu available exclusively during the festive season.
Incorporating the balanced flavour profile of The Macallan Double Cask Range, the bespoke pairing menu has been thoughtfully crafted by The Macallan and Whisky Samba for food and whisky connoisseurs of the capital. Available till 4th of January 2023, this is their first association of its kind in the Indian market.
The 200-year-old time-honoured craft of whisky making is reminiscent in the 5-course menu which features Norwegian Salmon served with a side of hiyashe wakame, Organic Broccoli marinated with kasundi mustard, New Zealand Lambchops – charred to evoke the smoky notes of The Macallan, a rich Dark Chocolate Cremeux reimagined with hazelnut micro-sponge, berry crumble and a luscious toffee sauce to compliment the sweeter notes of the single malt.
