Dubbed with thrills in the sky, Dinner in the Sky is a Magical experience one-of-a-kind
How does a combination of Michelin star chef’s culinary with sky top setting sound like? Well, if you are the kind that likes to experiment with luxury gastronomic experiences, head to Monaco this July from 7th to 16th to “Dinner in the sky Monte-Carlo” event. Over this period, a daily lunch and two dinners will be offered at 50 meters high. Overall, there are 600 guests who will be able to taste a meal prepared by one of the great chefs.
The concept had its genesis in 2006 by Hakuna Matata, a communication agency specialized in gourmet pleasures in collaboration with amusement park installation, The Fun group came with their dream project of: a flying dinner table baptized as Dinner in the Sky. The concept of dining in the sky is experiencing a growing success. Till date, Dinner in the Sky has criss-crossed the skies of more than 45 countries including Paris, Brussels, Las Vegas, New York, Vancouver, etc.
Exceptional Treat
The dinner table will be set at the terrace of Casino Monte-Carlo installed with crane carrying the nacelle, with maximum of 22 people. Dinners will be prepared by renowned chefs: Marcel Ravin (Chef of the Monte- Carlo Bay Hotel, one Michelin star), Benjamin Collombat (Château de BerneHotel, one Michelin star), Arnaud Faye (La chèvred’or in Eze), Arnaud Tabarec (Chef of the Sea Sens at Five Seas Hotel in Cannes, one Michelin star), David Hemmerlé (Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow), Jérôme De Oliveira (World Pastry Champion), JérômeRigaud (Chef at the Yacht Club of Monaco), Paolo Sari (Chef du Monte-Carlo Beach) Philippe Joannès (Chef of the Fairmont Monte-Carlo – MeilleurOuvrier de France) and YannickFranques (Chef of the Reserve in Beaulieu).
The preparation of the dishes will be done in front of the guests. The chefs will cook in a special space installed in the center of the platform. The chosen location in Monaco will provide a 360 ° view of the Principality and will allow admiring the famous sights such as the Prince’s Palace, the legendary Casino, the port, a coastline of the Mediterranean Sea and the endless horizon.
Each guest will be able to choose his favorite part of the day: a sunny afternoon, sunset or a starry night. You can do reservations for a minimum of 2 persons and the guests will be provided with the transfer service from the place of their stay to the restaurant. VIP-welcome will be offered to the guests on the terrace of the Casino also Helicopter transfer will be possible from St-Tropez, Geneva or Corsica.
