Culinary Art India 2019 all set to begin today seeing numerous culinary experts under one roof.
Witness a display of culinary excellence from more than 300 chefs at Culinary Art India from 12 -16 March 2019. The 14th edition of Culinary Art India organized by Indian Culinary Forum, Hospitality First, and India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) in association with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations. Culinary Art India is being staged alongside AAHAR International Fair at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The main objective of Culinary Art India is to showcase and promote senior and apprentice chefs and budding chefs from all across India and gives them a podium to exhibit their skills while learning from and sharing with fellow culinary masters. The general public will also be able to witness live demonstrations by culinary enthusiast and renowned chefs.
The Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) has an international culinary focus in the staging of its various competitions, seminars and events. Keeping in mind their objective, to act as a link, platform & an instrument for the enhancement and overall development of the national community of chefs, Culinary Art India 2019 will host competition in 14 different categories and evolve from a competition venue to an educational platform for chefs to learn exchange and showcase their culinary skills in a professional environment.
