Christmas Cocktail & Drinks To Liven Up Your Holidays

COCKTAIL: Bubbly Bees Knees

INGREDIENTS:

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin 50 ml
Lemon Juice 25 ml
Runny Honey 20 ml
G. H. Mumm Champagne 40 ml

HOW TO MIX IT: Shake the Monkey 47 gin, lemon juice and runny honey with ice. Strain into a coupe or champagne saucer/ flute. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon zest or a wheel.

COCKTAIL: The Bramble

INGREDIENTS:

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin 45 ml
Lemon Juice 25 ml
Sugar Syrup 15 ml
Creme de Mure/ Creme de Cassis / Black Current Syrup 7.5 ml

HOW TO MIX IT: Add the Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice. Mix well. Add more crushed ice. Float the creme de mure/ cassis/ syrup on top and garnish with fresh blackberries.

COCKTAIL: Jameson Spicy Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS:

1-part Jameson Irish Whiskey
3 parts water | 0.25 parts Honey
0.5 parts Lemon
0.5 parts Sriracha
Ginger, sliced

HOW TO MIX: Add water, honey, sriracha, and sliced ginger pieces to a small saucepan and bring to a low simmer and stir to combine. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Jameson and lemon juice and simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Pour into mugs and add a lemon slice and garnish with a thin ginger slice.

COCKTAIL: Irish Coffee

INGRIDIENTS:

Jameson 35ml
Demerara and Muscovado Sugar Syrup 10ml
Lightly Whipped Double Cream 30ml
Medium Roasted Espresso Coffee 90ml
Lightly Whipped Double Cream 30ml
Vanilla Pod or Cinnamon for garnish 1
Fresh grated nutmeg

HOW TO MIX: Dissolve 2 parts Demerara sugar and 1-part Muscovado sugar in 3 parts of boiling water for the syrup. Stir sugar syrup into 35ml Jameson in a warmed glass. Whip 30ml chilled double cream lightly until it starts to stiffen. Brew a 45ml shot of coffee into the glass from your espresso machine. Reload and brew in a second 45ml shot. Pour the whipped cream into the coffee over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Garnish with a trimmed vanilla pod or a stick of cinnamon and dust with a grating of fresh.

COCKTAIL: Absolut Mistletoe

INGREDIENTS:

Absolut vodka 45ml
Cranberry Juice 90 ml
Lime Juice 10ml
Lemon- Lime Soda For Top Up
1 sprig mint Leaf |
Red Currant 1 Sprig

HOW TO MIX IT: Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice. Top up with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a mint leaf and red currant.

COCKTAIL: Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS:

Absolut Vodka 40ml
Kahlua 20ml
Espresso 20ml
Whole Coffee Beans 3

HOW TO MIX: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

COCKTAIL: The North Pole

INGREDIENTS:

Vodka 2 Ounces
Kahlúa 1 Ounce
Chocolate Syrup 1 Teaspoon
Espresso 1 ounce
Hazelnut Syrup 2 teaspoons
Heavy Cream or whole milk 1/2 cup
Mascarpone cheese, Nutmeg

HOW TO MIX: In a cocktail shaker combine the vodka, Kahlúa, chocolate syrup, shot of espresso,
Hazelnut syrup. Shake until well combined.

Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass. In a cream syphon add heavy cream, cheese, nutmeg for flavour, charge the syphon with nitrogen syphon and whip up on the glass, garnish with nutmeg dust (instead of a siphon.

You can use a hand blender and blend whip cream with cheese and nutmeg powder till soft peak and rest the dollop on the brim of the glass).

White Rum 45ml
Home infused spiced rum 30ml
Pineapple juice 45 ml
Coconut milk 10 ml
Hand pressed lime juice 5 ml
Honey Syrup 5 ml

HOW TO MIX: In a cocktail shaker combine white rum, home infused spiced rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, hand pressed lime juice, and honey. Shake until well combined. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with sliced pineapple.
