Chopard Reveals New Collection With A Paradise Dinner

For the big reveal of its latest creation – the Red Carpet Collection, Chopard’s Co-President and Artistic Director, Caroline Scheufele, hosted a majestic dinner on the night of 8th July. Highlighting the collection’s inspirational Paradise theme in an enchanting setting worthy of an incredible Garden of Eden, the dinner notably welcomed Bella Hadid, Isabelle Huppert, Eva Herzigova, and an unforgettable concert by Mika.

Headquartered at the Martinez Hotel during the Cannes Film Festival, Chopard took over the establishment’s pontoon to welcome its guests for a magnificent evening serving as a backdrop for the reveal of its Red Carpet Collection. 74 Haute Joaillerie créations were unveiled on the occasion of the Film Festival, of which Chopard has been an official partner since 1998.

While the “Paradise Chic” dress code already hinted at the enchanting atmosphere of the evening, the dinner decor was another invitation to journey into an enchanting Paradise as imagined by the creative soul of Chopard’s Caroline Scheufele.

Adorned with the latest creations by the Maison, Bella Hadid, Isabelle Huppert, Eva Herzigova and Catrinel Marlon were among the guests at this exclusive dinner jointly concocted by Michelin four-starred chefs Sylvestre Wahid (from the “Sylvestre” restaurant at the Grandes Alpes Hotel) and Christian Sinicropi (from the Martinez Hotel’s “La Palme d’Or” restaurant).

Famous magician David Jarre provided the entertainment between the various courses which started with Pêché mignon fruits, fleurs et mer, followed by Subtilité bucolique, passion du jardin d’Eden à l’iode d’eau douce and finally Blanc en Nuage Tapioca au lait d’amande et parfum de verveine et fraise des bois en gourmandise for dessert, accompanied by Perrier-Jouët Grand Cru champagne. The event was also punctuated by a fashion show of models wearing stunning creations from the Red Carpet Collection as well as Rosamosario lingerie.

At the end of the meal, Caroline Scheufele had a big surprise in store for her guests, as British-Lebanese artist Mika arrived by sea and suddenly emerged on the pontoon for an exclusive concert that lit up La Croisette with the musical sounds of the singer’s best hits Lollipop, Grace Kelly, Relax, Underwater, Elle Me Dit, Big Girl, Happy Ending and Love Today.

Spotted mesmerizing in Chopard’s iconic collections were Bella Hadid in the “Precious Lace Collection”, French actress and two-time winner for Best Actress at the Cannes Festival, Isabelle Huppert, in the “Haute Joaillerie Collection”, and singer Mika added sparkle to his look with an elephant brooch from the “Red Carpet Collection”.
