Chef Vikas Khanna Introduces New Book at Grand Hyatt Mumbai
Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s signature North West Frontier restaurant “Soma” hosted the most iconic evening with the renowned celebrity “Chef Vikas Khanna”. Chef Vikas Khanna celebrated the launch of his latest book “Imaginary Rain” and offered a personally signed copies to all the invitees.
The exclusive dining experience was hosted on Monday, February 6, 2023, at Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s Indian specialty restaurant – Soma. The special menu was personally curated by Chef Vikas Khanna with his signature touch. The highlights of the menu included Tandoori Bharwan Avocado, Anjeer Lasooni Palak Paneer Steak, Tandoor Pulled Burrata Butter Chicken, Cheddar Blue Cheese Truffle Rosemary Naan, Kashmiri Yakhini Pulao, Shimla Mirch Ka Halwa, Strawberry and Green Apple Jalebi with Kesariya Rabri Malai Ice Cream paired with signature wine collection and creative cocktails.

This sit-down dinner was buzzing and filled with fans of Chef Vikas wanting to create #GrandMemories with him. Chef Ranveer Brar and Divya Dutta also joined us to grace the occasion. Chef awed everyone by meeting each guest in person.
