The Golden City Martini

1 1/2 oz Absolut Vodka
1 oz Cointreau or other
orange liqueur 1 1/2 oz
Orange juice
3/4 oz Cream
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass & garnish with orange peel.
Tips
For creamy cocktails, heavy cream is the most popular option. It’s a good choice because it will lighten up during mixing while still providing a luscious drink.
Fresh-squeezed orange juice will brighten up this drink and complement the orange liqueur wonderfully. A single orange yields 2 to 3 ounces of juice, so you’ll have plenty for a few drinks.
Dairy alternatives like almond, soy, and rice milk make a good tasting drink, so use one of those if you prefer.
