BMW Motorrad has finally launched the two most awaited motorcycles in India, G310R and G310GS. The two bikes are the volume generators that were the most awaited launches, this year.
The two recent launches G 310R and G 310GS by BMW Motorrad are the highlights for this year, where these two bikes have been launched in three colors, pearl white metallic, cosmic black and Racing red. The BMW G 310R has been launched at 2.99 lakh while the G 310GS has been priced at 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

Equipped with 41mm upside down forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear, BMW G 310R is an adventure motorcycle whose braking duties are handled by 300mm disc up front and 240mm disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS. The bike gets 17-inch alloy wheels at both the end and the kerb weight stand at 158.5 kg.
The BMW G310 GS features a windscreen, beak-shaped front fender and bold GS graphics on the fuel tank. This comes with 41mm inverted forks up front and monoshock suspension at the rear. But as compared to G 310R, the suspension of G 310GS offers more travel. The G 310GS also gets a bigger 19-inch front wheel and dual-channel ABS with switchable option. And this adventure bike stands for 169.5 of kerb weight.
Both the bikes are expected to return a mileage of around 30km/l. Where the BMW g310 R can reach a top speed of 145km/h, the G 310GS has a claimed top speed of 143km/h. The BMW G310R and the G 310GS gets power from the 313cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 34bhp and 28Nm of torque.
