Oatmeal, Baking soda, Lemon Juice and Rosewater face pack
Oats face pack for fair skin helps to rejuvenate your skin and speeds up circulation process, tightens it, bleaches it and also cleanses the entire face. Face packs are also beneficial to take out impurities, dead epidermis cells and impurities from your skin pores.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 tablespoons of baking soda
Squeeze fresh juice from ½ a lemon
1 tablespoon of rosewater
Blend the oatmeal and baking soda together and add lemon juice and rose water to it. Apply this pack all over your face and neck and massage it for about 10 minutes. Then wash it with lukewarm water.
Brown sugar and Milk/Curd/Honey face pack
Brown sugar is popularly used as the scrub for exfoliating and polishing your skin. It draws moisture from the environment and transfers it to the skin. It serves as a natural moisturizer which keeps the skin soft and at the same time hydrating. It works to prevent and assuage problems of the tanned skin. Glycolic acid present in brown sugar is known to make the skin fairer. Those prone to acne can opt for brown sugar facials to prevent acne and pimples, and to capture that perfect selfie with glowing skin.
Mix milk/curd/honey and brown sugar in equal ratios. Apply the mixture to the face, neck area and massage in a circular motion till the sugar melts. This will remove dead skin from the applied area. Then wash it with lukewarm water and pat it dry.
Oatmeal and Fruit Pulp face pack
Fruits pulps are to be used according to the skin type (oily & dry). These are some easily available fruits to pamper your skin with pure organic ingredients, which are totally free of toxins and not harmful to your skin in any way.
Banana: Bananas are packed with vitamin A, B and E. Its works as a natural anti-aging agent. Mash a fresh banana and mix it with oatmeal and apply this paste to your face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse off your face with water. banana is the best fruit to rehydrate your skin.
Lemon: Due to its vitamin C content, its juice will not only keep your skin beautiful but because of its astringent properties, you can use it to lighten your skin tone and reduce acne scars.
Apple: Apple keeps your skin young. Apples have antioxidant properties that can prevent cell and tissue damages
Orange: Oranges improve your skin texture and tighten your skin. Oranges are a rich source of vitamin C. It helps in removing your blemishes.
Papaya: It is a good source of antioxidant. It contains an enzyme known as papain which can slay dead skin cells and treat skin impurities. Simply mash a papaya and apply onto your skin.
Mango: Mangoes are rich in antioxidants. You can apply the soft pulp of mangoes onto your skin. It will slow down skin aging process; regenerates skin cells and restore the elasticity of your skin.
