Coconut Water, Lime and Honey
Coconut water has plenty of nutrients. Coconut water has a bunch of enriching vitamins, is low in calories, and also contains electrolytes. Lime on the other hand helps in weight loss, helps improve digestion and helps lower the blood sugar level. And honey which is a natural energy booster, and improves immunity and helps in weight loss too. Combination of all three of these help create a delicious and replenishing drink
Ingredients:
Coconut water 1 cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt 1/8th tsp
Lime juice 1/8th cup
Mix the salt, honey and lime juice in a tall glass, and blend until you dissolve all the honey fully. Then, stir in the coconut water, and drink. It helps to have the coconut water cool, but you can also pop in a couple of ice cubes if needed.

1 cup watermelon, cubed
1 cup coconut water
squeeze lime
Optional: dash salt if you are an extra salty sweater OR if the watermelon isn’t very sweet, this will help bring out the sweetness

Chia Seed, Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
8-10 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tbsp (1-ounce) whole chia seeds
½ banana
large handful of frozen strawberries
approx. 5 large ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Adjust liquid and ice cubes to desired consistency.
Iced tea and Coconut Water
This is a very reviving drink; This drink uses the electrolytes which are present in Coconut and combines them with the goodness of the anti-oxidants present in tea. The cucumbers present in the drink also have a cooling effect on the body.
Ingredients:
Green tea 1 cup, cold
Honey 1 tbsp
Rock salt 1/4 tsp
Coconut water 1 cup
Cucumber 1/8
Finely slice your cucumber, and keep in the fridge, while you get on with the rest of the recipe. Mix your honey, salt, green tea and coconut water in a jug, and stir. Drop the cool cucumber slices into the mix, and enjoy.
Spinach, Pineapple and Apple Energy Drink
Spinach is packed with antioxidants, and its bitter earthiness will be doused by the sweetness of the fresh fruit. The apple will provide natural sugar and potassium, and the lemon, electrolytes. Pineapples contain high doses of vitamin C and manganese.
Ingredients:
Spinach 1 cup
Pineapple chunks 1 cup
Apple 1 cup
Lemon 3 tsp
Use your juicer or mixer to blend everything. Drink!
