The Nova 3 has been launched in India by Huawei on Thursday, at an event in New Delhi, Huawei revealed the Nova 3 for the Indian market and also publicized the availability and pricing details of the handsets.
The 4G device powered by VoLTE, runs on Huawei’s very own EMUI 8.2 which is based on the 8th gen android Oreo. The device features a stunning 6.3’ Full HD+ display with a modern 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by Kirin 970 SoC processor along with Mali’s- G72 GPUY. It has got 6GB of RAM. The smartphone has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity.
The Camera under the hood is stunning as one could get, it includes a dual lens setup of 16MP primary sensor and 24MP of sensor. There’s a dual camera setup in the front also wherein on is a 24MP primary sensor and a secondary 2MP sensor. The rear camera supports AI features.
The device has an inbuilt storage of 128GB, which is also expandable up to 256GB with the use of micro-SD card. As for security it features a fingerprint scanner at the back and also supports face recognition. It also sports a good battery life as it has 3750mAh capacity which’ll have no hassles in running throughout the day for normal usage.
The Nova 3 will compete with devices like OnePlus 6, Asus Zenfone 5Z and Honor 10.
The new model is already up for pre-booking, exclusively on Amazon India, and the Nova 3 will go on sale in the country starting August 23
