1. The Walt Disney Company Celebrates 100th Anniversary with Iconic New Disney100 x Swarovski Collection
Swarovski celebrates Disney’s 100th anniversary with the Disney100 x Swarovski collection, featuring Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Donald Duck. The collection includes jewellery and home decor crafted with Swarovski’s signature precision and sparkle. For the holiday season, Swarovski presents an advent calendar filled with treasures, including colourful ornaments, necklaces, and playful stickers, each inspired by Disney characters and seasonal symbols. The home decor items are already on sale, the jewellery collection will soon be available to buy from October 9, 2023 onwards.
2. Montblanc Launches “Library Spirit: Episodes From Around The World” Campaign
Montblanc, known for its writing heritage, launched a new chapter of the “Library Spirit: Episodes From Around The World” campaign. This global initiative honours libraries as hubs of knowledge and culture with the event taking place at New York City’s Stephan Weiss Studios, highlighting the city’s unique Library Spirit. Distinguished guests, including Adrien Brody and Chloë Sevigny, joined Montblanc’s CEO and Artistic Director. The boutique that hosts the campaign will feature a cosy reading area and a shared bookshelf for visitors to exchange books. A cafe with NYC favourites will also be open on Fridays and Saturdays from September 8th to October 28th, 2023.
3. Method Kalaghoda Presents a New Art Show: The Effection Experience by Hansika Mangwani
Method Kalaghoda presents ‘The Effection Experience’ by Hansika Mangwani, a 15-minute immersive biofeedback art show from September 23 to October 15, 2023. The experience aims to sync heart rhythms, breath, and emotions with light and sound, guiding self-discovery through colour psychology and emotional mapping. Effection blends technology with introspection, revealing our interconnectedness and enhancing well-being. Explore the mind-body connection through sensory stimuli, transforming heart rhythms into captivating light and sound gradients.
4. Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport Introduces ‘Wedding Stories’
Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport presents ‘Wedding Stories’ on September 16th and 17th, offering a one-stop solution for dream weddings. The Grand Cocktail Reception on the 16th features exquisite decor, live music, traditional ceremonies, and a diverse culinary experience, including live food counters and signature cocktails. On the 17th, an Extravagant Wedding Brunch from 12 pm to 4 pm promises a culinary journey with international and regional dishes. Additionally, themed pop-ups from 9 am to 9 pm offer experiences related to weddings, such as fashion, gifting, beauty, and professional photoshoots.
5. Chumbak Debuts Nostalgic New Homeware Collection ‘Pixel Paisley Home’
Chumbak, India’s leading home and lifestyle brand, has unveiled its latest collection, Pixel Paisley Home. This collection fuses retro pixel art with timeless vintage motifs, bringing vibrant summer hues to outdoor brunches and indoor lounging—it’s perfect for weekend gatherings and everyday use! 6. The Macallan Releases a Vibrant Colour Collection of Whiskies
The Macallan introduces The Macallan Colour Collection, a range of age statement whiskies celebrating natural colours influenced by sherry seasoning; the packaging and campaign draw inspiration from Jerez, the birthplace of sherry-seasoned oak casks. The global travel exclusive collection features five single malt Scotch whiskies, ranging from 12 to 30 years old, showcasing the radiant colours derived from sherry-seasoned oak maturation. The special American oak casks are what lead to distinctive natural hues and exceptional quality.
7. Seva Home Collaborates with Suryakant Lokhande to Showcase Limited Edition Candles
Seva Home, a luxury home décor brand, collaborates with artist Suryakant Lokhande to launch limited edition candles in two variants: Maharaja (aqua scent) and Maharani (berries scent). These wooden candles resemble vintage matchboxes and feature the portraits of royalty. The collection represents the fusion of art and craftsmanship, paying homage to India’s heritage. To add to the beauty of the collection, proceeds from sales support eye cataract surgeries for tribal villages in Maharashtra through the Samta Foundation.
8. AlUla Moments Unveils Third Edition of their Successful Wellness Festival
AlUla Moments announces the return of the AlUla Wellness Festival 2023 from October 19th to November 4th. SWISS International AirLines partners with Olivier Jean, Executive Chef of The Woodward, Geneva, for their “SWISS Taste of Switzerland” program. Business and First Class travellers on SWISS long-haul flights from Geneva and Zurich can indulge in menus inspired by L’Atelier Robuchon, a Michelin-starred restaurant located within The Woodward, Geneva’s luxury hotel. L’Atelier Robuchon Genève combines French haute cuisine with Asian and local influences, offering a 36-seat counter experience and a 30-seat restaurant section. Olivier Jean, a former student of Chef Robuchon, prioritises cuisine in harmony with the environment and direct sourcing from producers; SWISS travellers can certainly look forward to these culinary delights!
