800° Premium Steakhouse

800º Premium Steakhouse is one of the best steakhouses present in Basel. It is inspired by the classic American steakhouses and fry their steak on their own US-introduces grill with temperatures over 350º Celsius. It offers the best steaks for meat lovers with a trendy ambience. It is present on walkable 5 minutes distance from the exhibition.


Restaurant Bel Etage im Teufelhof

Restaurant Bel Etage im Teufelhof is a multiple award-winning restaurant offering a versatile selection of à-la-carte dishes and various menus, each course offered with an accompanying wine by the glass or wine set combined. It is a product-oriented restaurant with unpretentious gourmet cuisine to the highest standards. It takes a 10 minutes’ drive to reach there from the exhibition.


Restaurant Schlüsselzunft

Restaurant Schlüsselzunft is an ornately decorated restaurant. It serves Modern Swiss cuisine with a sophiticated à la carte menu. The menu is replete with innovative flavour combinations and has an elegant internal courtyard with sweeping staircase. It is situated in the heart of Basel with a 7 minutes’ drive from the exhibition.


1777 Kaffee Restaurant Bar 

1777 Kaffe Restaurant Bar is a restaurant with urban setting and plenty of retro appeal. It has wide range of coffees inspired by modern Viennese coffee-house culture tailored to Swiss expectations. It has a curated menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serving their famous 1777-Burger and the Pastrami Sandwich all day. Guests can create their own baguettes or salad just the way they like it, or choose from one of the classics during the lunch hour. Evenings are served by a delightful wine selection and a diverse cheese & meat counter. It is a 7 minutes’ drive from the exhibition.


Restaurant Ufer7

Ulfer7 is located directly on the banks of the Rhine and on a stone’s throw away from the historically significant Middle Bridge, which gives vibrant vibes to the overall setting of the restaurant. The menu consists of fine wines, beers, creative drinks and coffee. The course has a fine Swiss cuisine, modernly interpreted and regionally influenced, like sausage-cheese salad, Engels fish and chips, and a secret recipe of CH burger. They have the main regional beer ‘Stadtmauer Brauer Brauerei’ in Basel. It can be found 6 minutes away from the exhibition.


Restaurant Atelier im Teufelhof

Restaurant Atelier im Teufelhof is a bright, modern restaurant at the Teufelhof hotel with courtyard seating as well. It serves Swiss and Mediterranean cuisines and is complemented by a small bar that makes the guests stay a little longer. Atelier’s specialty is a veal cutlet with meat supplied by lezer, the traditional butchers from Arlesheim. This meal is served with fried potatoes and jus of wild peppers, a classic dish you won’t find in Basel. The wine list contains around 400 choices to choose from. The guests can participate in an artistic project, where they can contribute in an unfinished art, by the artist Tarek. It is on a 10 minutes’ drive from the exhibition.

The restaurant works on the philosophy of culinary art, reinterpreted- fresh and local menu. Cantina Don Camillo

Cantina Don Camillo is situated in the heart of the former Warteck Brewer, on the 2nd floor. It provides fine dining experience in Basel with a wonderfully green terrace. The menu offers a meat or vegan option, with refined dishes influenced by the French, Asian to vegan cooking. It is a sustainable restaurant where fruits and vegetables come from regional farms and are offered on seasonal-basis. It is 800 meters away from the exhibition.


Brasserie Café Spitz

The Brasserie Café Spitz in Basel, with a magnificient view of the Rhine, offers seasonal delicacies and exclusive fish cuisines. Classics such as duck à l’orange, Brasserie Spitz bouillabaisse or a fine apple tart with vanilla ice cream are just a small selection of dishes from the current menu.
