Paradise Group, the luxury hospitality group behind some of Vietnam’s finest restaurants is taking its recipe for success global, opening two more dining establishments on its home turf before expanding its culinary footprint in China and Singapore early next year.

After unveiling a second HOME restaurant in Vietnam’s capital recently, and its first Ngon Villa in Hoi An, Paradise Group from Vietnam which is one of the most distinguished hospitality groups from the country, has announced its plans to open three dining venues internationally, in Hainan, Guangzhou, and Singapore, during the first quarter of 2019. This will be the Group’s first footprints beyond Vietnam.

The eating establishments join Paradise’s burgeoning restaurant portfolio stretching from Vietnam’s north with the original HOME Hanoi, Ngon Villa Hanoi and 1958 in Halong Bay, to Ngon Villa Danang and HOME Hoi An on the central coastline and MAM Vietnamese Restaurant, HOME Finest Saigon and Chopsticks Saigon in the south.

“Vietnamese cuisine is famous the world over due to its freshness, variety, and balance of flavours,” said Nguyen Cao Son, Paradise’s chief operating officer. “We’re bringing further zest to the global culinary arena by peppering it with our cozy-yet-classy Vietnamese dining experience, underscored by fresh produce of exceptional quality.”

In addition to Singapore and mainland China, Paradise Vietnam, which was founded in 2008 as a Halong Bay cruise operator, harbors ambitions to launch its HOME and Ngon Villa restaurants in other major cities worldwide including Hong Kong, Bangkok and Moscow.

“We expanded our group beyond the Halong region to other parts of Vietnam with our restaurants so it’s only fitting we extend our reach globally through our flair for authentic Vietnamese cuisine,” Cao Son added.

Following in the footsteps of Paradise Vietnam’s debut restaurant HOME Hanoi in 2016, HOME Moc is also housed in a revamped historic villa. Located at 31 Van Ho 2, it too is inspired by home cooking amid homely environs, concocting traditional Vietnamese classics with a contemporary twist made from fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, fresh seafood and tender meats.

Only a stone’s throw away from the famed Thu Bon River in the heart of Hoi An’s UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town, the new Ngon Villa Hoi An seats up to 110 diners across two floors in a refurbished historic villa tucked down an alleyway at 12/9 Bach Dang. Like its predecessors in Hanoi and Danang, Ngon Villa Hoi An serves up delectable a la carte and all you can eat menus, and offers an extensive wine list and imaginative cocktails.

Since its launch a decade ago, Paradise Group has become one of Vietnam’s leading providers of luxury hospitality services. Other brands under the Paradise umbrella include Paradise Cruises, Paradise Suites Hotel and Paradise Trend Hotel, all in Halong Bay.
