For the third year in a row, T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong hotel has been awarded the coveted Three Michelin Stars in the 2018 Michelin Guide, Hong Kong and Macau.
The Langham, Hong Kong epitomises timeless European elegance and is located in the heart of vibrant Kowloon. Situated next to Canton Road in the Tsim Sha Tsui district, the hotel is surrounded by the luxury flagship stores of the world’s most famous designer labels and mere minutes away from the historic Star Ferry with glittering Victoria Harbour as its backdrop. The hotel’s Cantonese restaurant, T’ang Court has been awarded the coveted Three Michelin Stars in the 2018 Michelin Guide, Hong Kong and Macau, for the third year in a row.
T’ang Court is one of only four Cantonese restaurants in the world to achieve this accolade. A Michelin starred restaurant since 2009; T’ang Court offers an exquisite selection of Cantonese culinary mastery and has garnered numerous international culinary awards over the years. At the helm is Executive Chef – Chinese Cuisine, Kwong Wai Keung who has been with the restaurant since it opened in 1988.

An advocate of using only the best and freshest seasonal ingredients, chef Kwong’s specialties include Stir-fried Fresh Lobster with Spring Onions, Red Onions and Shallots, as well as the Baked Oyster with Port Wine.

T’ang Court’s is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 3:00 pm for lunch, and from 6:00 to 11:00 pm for dinner. On Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays the restaurant is open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and from 6:00 to 11:00 pm for dinner.
