The Chef Julien Poisot is a one star in the Michelin guide 2017. His food is inspired by world-famous gastronomy of the Quercy region based on saffron, duck, lamb and black truffles. Brasserie Le Bistrot which also pertains to Château de Mercuès is an elegant setting for lunch.
